These terms apply when you use the ASAPI website, registration flow, trial or paid cloud services, and related interfaces (together, the “Services”). They work alongside our Privacy policy for how we handle personal data. Nirrov Limited (“Nirrov”, “we”, “us”) develops and operates ASAPI on behalf of customers worldwide.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms & conditions. If you are using ASAPI on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Services.
2. What we provide
ASAPI is a cloud platform for accounting, point of sale, inventory, and related modules. Actual features, limits, and availability may depend on your subscription, region, integrations, and release channel. We may introduce updates, deprecations, or maintenance windows; where material, we aim to give reasonable notice.
3. Accounts & security
Provide accurate information when you register and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict access to protect accounts, other customers, or infrastructure integrity.
4. Plans, billing & taxes
Paid plans, currency, taxes, and renewal terms are presented at checkout or in your order documents. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle you chose until you cancel via the available product flow or by contacting us where applicable. Price changes apply prospectively with notice when required.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services: for example, probing or bypassing security, infringing intellectual property, distributing malware, harvesting data without consent, spamming, or violating applicable law. We may investigate misuse and cooperate with authorities when required.
6. Intellectual property
ASAPI names, logos, documentation, and underlying software are owned by Nirrov Limited or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Services under your subscription, no rights are granted. You may not rent, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer except where mandatory law allows.
7. Disclaimer & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”; implied warranties may be excluded where allowable. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non-waivable obligations).
8. Changes & contact
We may revise these terms from time to time by posting the updated page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance unless law requires a different process. For questions, use the Contact section of this site.
